I agree with what you said about there's probably a good reason to a company not responding. That's only to a certain point though. If you've been doing business with a company for months and one week you can't seem to be in touch with them, there's probably a good reason. When you are working with a company for over a year though, and throughout that year you can't seem to be in contact with them at all then it has something to do with the business.
I hounded for 8 months and officially got nothing. There was no way I was just going to cut my losses and write it up as a don't do that again. The only option I was left was to file a chargeback since I could not contact Rick himself for a return.

I hear you bud, I can't believe the runaround that has gone on with this company. At one point I was interested in some of their parts, but not anymore. I don't care who on here will vouge that they're a decent person. I have seen enough...
