From what I gathered the FI exhaust netted +23RWHP from HFC and their CBE. However theirs was done on the same day, not weeks apart. Theirs was also tested in substantially hotter weather.
I suspect that if we see guys with the FI setups post up their before and after dynos you'll see the numbers will be probably pretty close to that of the Stillen setup. I don't see how, by design (but i'm no expert), the FI exhaust wouldn't produce the same power levels of say the Stillen.

o ok thanks man for the heads up..... ill do more research on that one... but im guessing those aspects played a role in the out come of the dyno...
