Hey Pjp,

My installer is the one that said to use plexus on venture shield. The 3m site just says not to use rubbing alcohol.

Every brand of film has their own specific care instructions, as many of the top coats vary greatly. Some cleaners work on some that will not work on others, just as some can be buffed, where others can't.

Check with the manufacturer of your film, as many of them offer a specific cleaner.

In the interest of full discolsure, I work for a film company.
