Oh i think you misunderstood what i said. The chances of a hailstorm/blizzard over there is far greater than the chances of an earthquake big enough to bring down the house. Thus theres a higher chance of damaging the car.
Been living in cali for more than 10 years and havent experience any big earthquakes (knock on wood).
