ken- shallow DOF, depth of field. Open aperature, small number, think dialated pupil. i try never to have to replicate DOF with software. It's difficult (for me) to make look natural.


Onzedge- I love my 50mm f1.8! It is a blast to shoot at dusk. I will post a couple of shots after I get home from dinner.
