Yeah, we have been discussing that in another thread. The current theory is that the ECU is calculating fuel use based on pulse width. With bigger injectors, the pulse width goes down relatively, since a shorter pulse on a bigger injector gives the same amount of fuel. It would be nice if that was a parameter that could be programmed, but it seems like at this point it is not.
Regarding fuel mileage in general. Does the SC use a clutch? I.e. when cruising along at 70 are you making boost or is the SC freewheeling? I would think that you should achieve near OEM MPG if the SC was effectively decoupled when not accelerating.
