Your alignment isn't that bad. The toe will kill your tires more than camber will. You could use a rear camber kit, but it's not necessary. With my rear camber kit and toe bolts, I think I'm at -2.5 in the rear. As long as you rotate the tires on a regular basis...say every other oil change...you will be fine. For me, I have Nitto Invos and I cannot rotate the tires.
