That's what I did the last time a bitch hit one of my cars. $1700 in the pocket, and $20 in wax/microfiber later, and a push-fastener, and it was G2G as far as I was concerned.

You pay insurance. Why not get some of your money back? Since you have insurance, what happened her company's fault. Your insurance payment allows you to claim against her company, the way I see it. Do it.
