Could that have anything to do with their relative sales numbers? I believe the 350Z sold a lot more than the 370Z. Also, when the 350Z was out it had a lot less competition than the 370Z has now. I don't think it would be too crazy to say some of the people who potentially may have gone FI with a 370Z and tracked it have gotten a different car instead. You can get a 5.0 mustang for cheaper than the Z and it is a lot cheaper and easier to mod for bigger HP numbers. I realize that its not exactly in the same class as the Z, but if it can hang with an M3 at the track for less than the price of the Z, it has to be taking a good chunk of sales away from the 370Z.
