"We're all set for Saturday, July 30th at Track 21. We need at least 12 members to show up to qualify for our 25% discount, which is $13.50 for 10 minutes of racing. We're not limited to the number of races, it's however each member wants to do, up to 8 racers at a time. Let's meet at 12:30, race as much as we want, then it's over to Rockhouse Bar & Grill for food and drinks. Who's in???"
