I'd wait then because the tuning software and dyno shop will be able to give you that info, and once it's set, you shouldn't need to constantly monitor it (unless going boosted - then it's a good idea for safety to keep an eye on things).
Anyway, if you want to see what the ECU and O2's are doing, I'd shop around for a good OBDII port plug and play monitoring and datalogging option. There's a thread on here somewhere about a nice one that was reasonably priced -- search around under the tuning section.
