My is that when dealing with breathing mods, it's best to start from the back end and work your way forward. Because of the fact thats great that you got a better intake, a better manifold, and all kinds of breather boosters. But as soon as the air exits the engine, it gets backed up in the exhaust. Which is not good. So my recommendation of order would be:

1. CBE
2. HFC/TP/LTH
3. Intake/Manifold
4. Tune

A tune is recommended for any mod you do, or everytime you change something. Is it absolutely necessary, no. But it will help. The other alternative is get everything done at once, then tune so you have just 1 visit to the installer then tuner.
