They definitely offer it, maybe with a different deductibles. I had AAA last year, they definitely replace my glass for free for my Q.

California Auto Glass Insurance
The state of California has the standard insurance coverages in regards to autoglass coverage. Coverage for an autoglass loss would fall under the comprehensive coverage portion of your personal auto policy (PAP). In California, there are no state mandated waivers for deductibles in relation to auto glass. If you have a PAP in the state of California, the deductible amount you selected under your comprehensive coverage would apply.
