Default Wheels scuffed at dealer, advice appreciated

About 3 months ago I had this happen to me at the dealer:

Baaaaad day

Shortly after the incident, I noticed a small nick in the edge of my front drivers side rim. I didn't think much of it. Figured it was damage from rock chips.

Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I notice while detailing my car outdoors that the same wheel has a nice scuff on it, down to the black undercoat. I usually work on the car in the garage and due to the lighting, hadn't noticed it prior. I had not curbed the rims or had anyone touch the wheels besides myself since having the car aligned.

I then noticed this weekend my drivers side rear rim has the same little nick on the edge of the rim. I assume this is from the alignment equipment being placed on the wheel. I decide to inspect further and find additional scuffing on the rear rim face.

I am now 100% sure this was done while the car was aligned. As you can see in the photo, the nick marks are from a clamp as there is one on the outside of the rim and one on the top of the rim between the tire and wheel.

Is it worth bringing this up to the dealer even though it happened 3 months ago? It's obvious the wheels were not curbed and the nicks are clearly from the alignment.

Opinions appreciated. Thanks.
