I actually got it replaced up in PA by Safelite when I was still up there, but they didn't do a very good job (had a gap between the glass and the body in one spot, and broke a tab on one of my a-pillar covers when they were taking it off), so when I got back to SC from my trip, I called and complained and they actually came out and scrapped the windshield and put in a completely new one, and had ordered a replacement side piece from the local dealership and installed it as well.

So, all that to say, you may want to check with your insurance company. You may be surprised. And, I'm kind of on the fence about Safelite and not sure if I'd recommend them or not based on my experience. The guy up in PA did a crappy job, but they did take care of me and got everything fixed, at no cost to me. I guess that's good service.
