Nissan can inflate MSRP all they want 9 months of out of the 12 month model year. But once they are close to year end. You pay its true retail value and not its trumped up retail price. So yeah its possible unless you live in texas.

Texas= Nissan 370z with the special A$$Rape package. The A$$rape package includes paying $1500 over msrp if it has a sport pkg, nav pkg or both. And $500 over MSRP on non sport. Texas is still stuck in 2009. They think because they sell 150more Z'S a year more than the national average they have super high demand.
Because tx sales are so great. National sales went from 9150 to 9420 because of tx. The profit margin is enormous. Hahahahaaaaa...
