Personally, I think as long as the oil and filter are changed at the manufacturer's recommended intervals, one could easily put in the cheapest oil that meets the specifications and the engine should be fine.

Amsoil, Redline, Motul, et al is recommended highly and has been proven, esp with long OCI's.

, I used Nissan filters and Syntec in my 350 with amazing results(UOA proven), so Im still not 100% sold on Redline et al just yet. I do have time and money to spare though so wth
