All detailing chemicals have a shelf life, it varies, but generally around the 2-3 year mark, if undisturbed they will separate out and be no good.
How/where they were stored also plays a big role, waxes, polishes, and cleaners are all highly susceptible to temperature changes if they get outside of the 40*-90* range.
For what the product you list cost at the local parts store it hardly seems worth even trying to salvage them. I could understand if they were some primo stuff that you spent a lot of money on, but you can replace that on the cheap so why risk it?
