Default VDC is a good teacher

Has anyone noticed that the car seems to feel alot faster with the vdc off?
I have taken off from a standstill with the VDC on and off, and to me it seems that more power is being transferred to the wheels. As far as faster...probably a little but not a lot.

In regard to the sensitivity of VDC: I find that if you take corners like a sane person it will kick in inappropriately. Instead I now will turn a lot more aggressively, almost to the point where I am getting a little loose which seems to prevent the VDC from kicking on.

One thing to note is that when I put on a set of Blizzaks on in the fall and the temperature is around 70 the VDC will come on between shifts while I am coming up to speed on a concrete highway. It is indeed sensitive.
