Quick update everyone! Matt (bigaudiofanat) was willing to travel to my location here (about 8 hours) on his own time and on his
own dime to help take care of my audio system. I would give anything to find customer service like that in any of the other industries and businesses that I own and work with,
much respect to him! He spent EIGHT days working to make things right for me here and I couldn't have asked for a better person to do it. We had lots of delays and slow downs during the process including everything from UPS mis-deliveries, to dishonest people to "out-of-stock" problems but Matt was a trooper. He willingly missed his GF's birthday AND his own birthday to be here working on my system. There are a few loose ends to button up and I am looking forward to the fully finished masterpiece. With Matt's permission I (and he) will be sharing some pics but I want to make sure I have everything in order before I start posting all of his hard work. More details and updates to come
