I am currently on a bulk. Have gone from 175 to 195 since January. It's a slow, somewhat "clean" bulk. There is no excuse for eating ********. Just eat MORE good stuff!
I need to get bigger instead of just single digit-ish body-fat for the car I plan on buying for '12/'13. Gotta fit the image
