there is, its a white cargo van than gets there before me but i always leave work before the driver. i usually park a lil closer to the left just in case.

and i think Red_Zed is talking about the space next to mine, its always empty cause i put a 'no parking' sign there (i got the powah to
) so no one parks there.
basically i could take two spots if i really want to cause:
1) its the rear of the building so no one really goes to park there (20+ parking spots in front of the building)
2) The thought of having such a bad driver next to my car is enough to make me nervous.
