I ordered one of these
http://www.purewaterproducts.com/img/gh104_1200.jpg and a filter for each one... it was a total of 80$ as well as free shipping. The filters can be cleaned with salt water overnight and basically can be used forever but have to be cleaned after a certain amount of water has been run through it.
Just thought i'd give everyone a heads up in case you might have been looking for something like that as well. The water here is soooooooooo bad it leaves horrible mineral deposits
