"Administration of a drug to an addict will cause re-establishment of chemical dependence upon the addictive substance." That one reminds me that this is for the long haul.
Just saw this thread and wanted to see how you're progress is coming along. I smoke about a pack 1/2 a day but I go to the gym 6 days a week and I eat great. I really want and need to quit smoking, but it seems like I always have some **** go down like my stressful job or a girl acting stupid. I've tried patches, gum and cold turkey, once I didnt smoke for about 11 months till a friend give me ONE cig and that was it. One thing I noticed about the patches was if I wore it while I was asleep I would have some ****** up dreams haha. Anyway congrats to you sir and keep it up!
