His blood alcohol was 0.196. Of course he was drunk. He was going between 134 and 140 mph. And he has a prior conviction for DUI.
Ryan Dunn apologists can make all the rationalizations they want, and try to second-guess professional accident reconstructionists based on a couple of internet photographs, but it won't wash.
