It would be safe to say he had at least a couple beers but that doesn't affect someone like him who has a stupid high tolerance. TBH if he was doing 130 in his GT3 then he should've been in the left lane where semi's typically stay away from. In this case it looks like he was in the right lane and the truck was getting into the right lane and he slammed on the brakes and tried to get on the on-ramp to avoid it but missed horribly. This is just what I took from skid marks.
