Well, the $2000 rebate to the dealer isn't dependent on buyer qualifications... but according to my dealer, it's only on roadsters (wish a dealer here would chime in?) although Edmunds says on coupes too, but only for the 2010 models.
As for the financing, again the dealer says only on the 2010 roadsters, but, Nissan does also have 1.9% and 2.9% APR deals, which are very very good.
As for well qualified, from what I understand, you need around a 720 FICO score to qualify for the best deals. That's not that great credit, really... if you don't have any bill collectors calling, and you haven't been late on payments in the past couple of years, and your credit cards aren't jacked up to the limit, you should qualify.
