Seriously this time, I'll tell you my thoughts - don't feel anything other than indignation - you're absolutely right to be dissatisfied and your dealer/Nissan should be 100% apologetic and 100% helpful.
You should not pay one penny for either clay bar or a body shop - Paintwork is covered under warranty. Take good quality close-up pics before it's done, just in case and don't be satisfied with anything other than a 100% perfect repair. My motto is, BE FUSSY AND THEY WON'T MESS WITH YOU.
Nissan water-based paint has never had a good reputation - it's very thin & chips easily - don't accept anything other than complete satisfaction. I'm sure we're all on your side.
