Shiny interior sucks because it reflects sunlight and causes glare. One of the main reasons why I don't like glossy CF inside the car either. Armorall makes your bits look cheap too.
For interiors you can pick up Aerospace303 and use 50/50 with water. It will provide a nice clean semi-matte finish. It will prevent new scratches too. I use Primary Nero which is a more matte version of Aero303.
