I learned from a friend of mine that is an expert canyon racer. He basically told me to stop down shifting to a stop. After he explained it to me, I stopped... It took me a little while to get out of the habit, but when we go through the canyons, I still heel-toe.
I definitely like that they have rev-matching, but it's not going to be of much use to me.
