To answer the ride part.. i dont personally know because i never installed on my car after i purchased. i sold my car to quick before i got my setup

In regards to more information on Stance:
1. Standard setup is now 9kg/6kg as listed on Stance website with the 200mm springs, the longer ones, for the rear.
2. Stance adjuster on GR+ and Pros is Single Adjustable REBOUND. Rebound is what's always adjusted. Compression should remain pretty constant. Tokico illuminas and Dspecs however adjust both damping curves simultaneously. KYB AGX and Koni are all single Rebound adjustable."
-with the msrp at that you're getting a steal considering these are barely used
