i've always heard a little bit of baby shampoo on a MF towel to get the stains out and then a good leather conditioner. Some people use Lexol, but it's a matter of preference really... look at some reviews and you may find something better. I've always used this method on my mother's leather Altima seats and they always look brand new... even after my 3 year old niece had spilled milk and old candy that we stuck in the seats.
Just make sure to dry the seat very well with a clean MF towel and then apply the leather conditioner.
