Body Builders... What are you stacking??
I figured we can learn from each other of what people stack pre and post workouts. I know everyone is a bit different and different things may or may not work. But what has worked for you and what hasn't?
So far for me, I have been keeping things simple and not really stacking much. I am taking simple OneADay vitamin pills with 1000 mg of omega3. Before workouts I would take a bit of jack3d for the pump and MyoFusion protein for post workout. My recovery time from workouts have been cut in half with MyoFusion.
As for BCAA I haven't bought any BCAA's yet. I am not sure what to buy. What do you guys recommend?
