I guess it's fine as long as it is tuned to support it. It looks like he has to dump more fuel to reduce the likelihood of running into a lean condition. Eh... this stuff is way over my head.

IIRC, ethanol warning signs are removed some gas stations so it's a hit or miss. That's pretty scary, but it would be nice to see some official testing and results other than stuff I've found here:

I don't know how reliable the site below is, but it mentions some of the symptoms people described like water in the tank (possibly leading to leaner condition?)
