Unfortunately, I have had terrible experiences with my local Nissan dealership also. It is so sad because my good friend has a Gen. Coupe and he gets treated like a KING everytime he is in there. Free food, pop, etc. He has taken his car there and had LOTS of work done with nothing but great experiences. They even did a re-flash for him to up his performance at no cost.
