Default audio issue

I had my aftermarket speakers installed, and now my passengers window isnt working properly. there is no lights on the switches there dead. So i told the installer that I couldn't drive a car around with its window open so we got the window closed but its not sealing 100% properly or go up and down.

The shop made it clear before I took the car they would cover any damaged or replaced parts. But they have alway done a great job for me so i'd like not having to hand them a bill. They also gave me a fantastic price. I tried halfheartedly to do the window reset but to no avail.

I took the audi to work but what should I tell the dealer or should i try something else?
