They just did so much of the car SO RIGHT! and then totally screwed up the package on nickel/dime stuff.
I'm sure the SVT engineers are frustrated about some of these things as well, but there is only so much they can do when ultimately the bean-counters are in charge.

Still, for what it is, it's amazing.
