Even if a dealer offered me warranty, i wouldn't trust a dinky dealership for if they were to go under, you would have paid 1k for an oil cooler and STILL be screwed. I think since for the most part Nissan won't be doing anything in the very near future about this, it's just a much more hassle free to install your own at a MUCH cheaper cost and remove the cooler if engine related warranty issues arise.
