No, UTQG is not the same between companies. So a 200 from Hankook might be different than the 200 from Bridgestone. Technically the RE050a is softer than the RE11 (hence the quicker wear), but it does not grip better than the RE11. You listed tires that are used for amature track days and autox, they grip the best at the expense of noise, harshness and treadlife
