Talk to the insurance company. They'll probably cover it. Believe it or not I totaled my first 370Z and they estimated its worth at $27k for a 2009 Base + Sport and said the damages were just under $15k, it was declared a total loss. I had GAP, thankfully. (First car I ever put GAP on, so I don't know if that was a curse). I paid $1000 deductible out of pocket and they took care of the rest. My insurance on the USED 2009 370Z Base+Sport that I totaled was $114 per month for me being 24yrs old without any tickets or prior accidents. Well, 2 weeks later I walked into the showroom of the local Nissan and drove out in a brand new 2010 40th Anniversary and paying $98 per month for the exact same insurance. Everyone told me rates were going to sky rocket. Well.... after my renew it went from $98 to $104 per month :-) I'm now 25 yrs old and I baby this car. 15k miles on stock tires and plenty more to go.
