i hate to say this, but i have to say some enkei and OZ rims look alright (+ they are cheap). I'm not a big fan of cheap rims because they look cheaply made, or they don't last very long. Things start fading and peeling.

My best advice is for you to have some kind of wheel fund and save a couple dollars per day, and buy a nice set of rims+tires at the end of the year.
