I started it a year and half ago. I didn't have to lose any weight. I was 5'5 and 130lbs. Now im up to 141ish. I was fit, but a bit flabby in spots. I acctually gained weight. By day 180 I gained 11 lbs of muscle. I've maintained this weight since. It's all about diet. If you want size lift heavy. Also crank out the pull ups. When the pull ups get easy attach weight to yourself.
