Sorry to "Fern to the Z" for not seeing the other thread. It almost appeared that it was swept under the rug =(
This is why threads like these should remain open for people to check up on member's reviews on certain vendors. Who knows, for those who read this, we might have just saved you some money and time...
If the vendor wasn't messing up in the beginning or kept the customers "in the know", these threads would not exist. sadly, that wasn't the case.
