Most of the wheels that i ordered from Japan (2 sets of works and 1 set of SSRs) came before the deadline. And communication and order status was always good.

I honestly dont know what deadlines are given. A more realistic deadline will truly help out. With the car industry nothing goes as planned. I honestly try my best to provide customer service but nothing is always perfect. IF its not with wheels its with something else. Weres my stage 2 supercharger...weres my body kit...weres my wheels. Its a never ending game. I do see your point and your correct.
