It's not really up to Oakley. My brother is an Optometrist and sells eyeglasses as well. He can put prescription in any frames you want.
(He made a pair of Oakleys for himself and it cost him about $30). Eyeglasses are marked up ridiculously high and if they have a "name" they're even higher. Most frames are marked up around 1000%.
