Agreed Trooper Smittyplace, that can def be done, just look for Gentex rearview mirror on Ebay, they should be anywhere from $60 - $100, the mirror on 2008+ Altima/Maxima are newer Gentex models and will fit the Z without problem; you will also need to purchase wiring harness and you can have the display matched to a color of your choice
