When I was car shopping last year, Brown's lost my business to Chantilly Nissan for two reasons.

1) They wouldn't play ball on price negotiations
2) Chantilly's entire service department was pristine and the folks there are very helpful.

The free state inspections for life is certainly a good bonus too
