im not really fixated to griot's though as you might think.
i use a lot of their products and accessories cause it's easy to use and priced right...it's a fun store to shop at and human support, when needed, is top notch. makes it very convenient for me.
cant say that about a lot of shops ... a lot of smaller shops still relying on manual input for online sales receipts and tracking info. and you ask them for tracking number more than a few time
due to their tardiness, suddenly their smiles turns to frowns and they make it sound like you're being impatient.
wtf
this day in age, OL shopping should be 100% automated and only need human support when you ask for it.
