If you had bled the single caliper at the time of separation: yes

Now that you have put it back together and pumped the brakes a few times: maybe not. To be 100% sure that all the air is removed from the rear brake system: bleed both rear sides. If after bleeding both sides the brake pedal is still "spongy" , you still have air in the system and will have to re-bleed everything to be on the safe side.

If your that busy in your life, have a shop perform the brake bleed service and maybe save a life or two, including your own.
