Yeah it does also have effect but if its also heavier than the UR one then it will be a wash. Even if they weigh the same, I would guess that it will make 1whp difference max, or less. You will gain more from less weight than less parasitic drag. Like I said, we'll see once I put the UR pulley on my car. I personally prefer to use a stock diameter pulley to maintain factory accessory outputs from the alternator, power steering, etc.
